Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use KEYFRAME to generate, upload, or store:

• —Illegal content of any kind under applicable law.
• —Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance. Any attempt to generate or store this results in immediate, permanent account termination and a report to the appropriate authorities.
• —Nonconsensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people — sexual, intimate, or otherwise misleading depictions of a real, identifiable person made without that person's consent.
• —Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse directed at any individual or group.
• —Infringing content — material that violates someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Every generation you run goes through a third-party model provider using your own API key. That provider has its own content policy, and it applies to everything you generate through KEYFRAME, in addition to this one.

Providers run their own moderation on prompts and outputs. That means a prompt can be blocked or a job can fail at the provider level even if it doesn't violate anything on this page — KEYFRAME doesn't control, and can't override, a provider's own moderation decisions.

If you believe content generated or hosted through KEYFRAME violates this policy — including a copyright claim, a nonconsensual-imagery report, or anything else on the banned list above — email us with a description of the content and, where possible, a link or asset ID.

We remove content that violates this policy once we've verified a report, and we may suspend or terminate the account responsible. We aim to act quickly on CSAM and nonconsensual-imagery reports in particular.

We don't proactively monitor everything generated through KEYFRAME — we respond to reports, and to signals from providers about keys stored in our system. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent termination without a refund for the remaining subscription period. Where the law requires it, we report illegal content — including CSAM — to the relevant authorities.

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
